Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please read the details below so you know what to expect for shipping times, costs and customs charges.
Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1–3 Weeks
• During peak periods (busy wedding season, sales, holidays), processing may take up to 4 weeks — we’ll let you know if there’s a delay.
Shipping Destinations & Rates
United Kingdom
• Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 working days (where available)
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and service selected.
European Union (including Ireland)
• Standard Shipping: 5–10 working days
• Express Shipping: 3–5 working days (where available)
• Customs, import duties and VAT are not included in our prices — you’re responsible for any charges applied by your country. More on this below.
United States & Canada
• Standard International Shipping: 7–14 working days
• Express Shipping: 4–7 working days (where available)
• Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in your order total. These charges are at the discretion of local customs and must be paid by the customer.
Rest of World
• Delivery times vary by country but typically take 10–20 working days.
• Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (EU, USA, Canada and other countries):
• Orders shipped outside the UK may incur import duties, taxes or handling fees imposed by your local government.
• These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost you pay at checkout.
• Customs policies vary widely — if you’re unsure, contact your local customs office before ordering.
For EU orders (including Ireland):
• EU customers may be required to pay VAT and local duties at delivery, depending on the value and regulations in your country.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict or refund these charges on your behalf.
Tracking & Delivery
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update with the carrier.
• If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your order, please contact the carrier first — sometimes packages are marked delivered early.
Lost or Damaged Items
• If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos of the packaging and items (if damaged).
• We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement where possible.
