FAQ

Are we able to book you in advance?

Of course! In fact, it’s highly encouraged, even if your wedding isn’t right around the corner. I only take on a limited number of weddings each year, so booking early is the best way to secure your date. If you're still in the early phases and not quite sure what you'd like yet, no worries! As long as you have your wedding date, you can secure your spot with a £50 deposit, which will be deducted from your final amount.

What’s the difference between the bespoke service and semi-custom bundles?

The bespoke service is for anyone who has a unique vision or specific ideas that aren’t currently listed on my website. If you know you want something completely one-of-a-kind, this service is for you. Please note, the bespoke service includes a design fee of £150, which is additional to all other costs.

The semi-custom bundle is perfect for those who love any of my existing designs but want to make them their own. You can customise elements like colours, fonts, and other details. Based on your chosen design, we’ll incorporate it into each of your required items.

Can I change any of your exisiting designs?

Absolutely! You can customise elements like fonts, text and colours.

How does the pricing & payment work?

Pricing varies depending on quantity and any extra details you’d like to include—such as envelope liners, wax seals, and any other fun additions we dream up together!

Once you receive your quote, you’ll have two payment options:

1. Pay in full

2. Pay in 3 installments

Here’s how Pay in 3 works:
Installment One – Paid upon receipt of invoice

Installment Two – Paid 6 weeks before your agreed invitation dispatch date

Installment Three – Paid 6 weeks before your agreed on-the-day stationery dispatch date

When do I receive my items?

We’ll confirm the dates for when you’d like to receive your invitations (typically 6-12 months before your wedding) and your on-the-day stationery (Typically 4-6 weeks before your wedding). Please note this can be adjusted based on your needs!

Around 4-6 weeks before your invitation dispatch date, we’ll touch base, and I’ll resend all your initial proofs to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. Once confirmed, I’ll begin production, and you’ll receive your beautiful invitations!

Then, 4-6 weeks before your on-the-day stationery is needed, we’ll go through the same process again to finalise everything before it goes into production.

Please note that the timelines above are our typical ones. We will discuss exactly when you would like to receive your items, so we can tailor the timeline to suit your needs.
